Botelet Breakfast Club

I host and cook for Botelet Breakfast Club, the pop-up café co-founded with my husband Richard and sister-in-law Julie, that takes place at our family home Botelet Farm in Cornwall. At each event guests gather at the long table in the farmhouse to share a three course breakfast, warmed by the log fire.

Seasonal eating

Eating with the seasons inspires my cooking. The fresh ingredients within the menu at Botelet Breakfast Club are sourced from within Cornwall - from the garden, foraged from hedgerows and grown by local producers - in order to explore and celebrate what seasonal eating truly means. As a vegetarian, plants take centre stage in the food I prepare - for Breakfast Club and to bring to the family table.

For more musings on seasonal eating, see blog post and article ‘Eating with the Seasons’ in Drift Magazine Volume 6.

Recipes

I share simple, seasonal, vegetarian recipes for breakfast and beyond via my blog. My recipes have featured in The Comfort Cookbook, magazines including Drift, Coast and Country Homes & Interiors, along with blogs including Seasalt, Sawdays and Muddy Stilettoes.
