How I work …
In the food I prepare I seek out local, seasonal produce; the words I share reflect conversations that explore sustainable living; as a massage therapist I offer bespoke treatments using natural resources to support health and wellbeing.

Why Breakfast & Beyond?
I’m obsessed by breakfast - the meal that sets us up for the day. It is my intention to foster curiosity and connections that inspire more sustainable choices, setting us up for a happier, healthier lifestyle for ourselves and the planet.

Looking back …
My first jobs were in the charity sector, I then qualified as a further education teacher and taught Sociology, Psychology and World Development in sixth form colleges along with running teacher training workshops. My MSc was in social research methods, focusing on what motivates us to learn. I retrained in massage therapy in 2013 and since then have worked offering treatments and running massage courses alongside continuing the journey of podcasting, writing, cooking and hosting events from our family home Botelet Farm in Cornwall.

When not chatting with excellent people over breakfast, in the therapy room or at my desk, I can be found running through the Cornish lanes or exploring quiet Cornish coves with my husband and three young children.
